Cobham Consulting Group is a family-owned infrastructure and technology consulting firm. Every engagement is handled by one of two principals -- the engineer who designed your system is the engineer who answers your call.
CobhamTech was founded in 2010 as a managed services provider focused on local infrastructure and on-premise deployments. Arising Media followed in 2020, bringing growth engineering and marketing systems to the practice. In 2024 the two firms unified under Cobham Consulting Group -- a single practice covering cloud, local infrastructure, AI integration, workflow automation, and marketing engineering.
The unification was intentional. Clients kept asking the same question: who handles the engineering side of our growth stack? The answer was always the same team. Formalizing it meant one retainer, one point of contact, one invoice.
No account managers, no offshore handoffs, no junior staff on your account without disclosure. The two people listed here are the two people who do the work.
Leads cloud architecture, infrastructure operations, AI integration, and local LLM deployment. Background in multi-region cloud design, bare metal operations, and production AI systems across healthcare, fintech, and SaaS.
Leads marketing engineering, workflow automation, CRM integration, and brand systems. Background in growth strategy, lead capture architecture, and performance marketing across professional services, media, and e-commerce.
We do not resell cloud. You pay AWS, GCP, or Hetzner directly at their published price. We charge a flat retainer for the engineering hand -- architecture, operations, and on-call. Cancel with 30 days notice. Everything we built stays in your account.
Every cloud account, domain, and credential belongs to you. We operate with scoped IAM access. Cancel tomorrow and nothing moves -- your infrastructure stays exactly where it is.
Your cloud bill is between you and your cloud provider. We see the receipts only to optimize spend -- never to add a margin. Our revenue is the retainer only.
Month-to-month. Cancel any retainer with thirty days notice. We hand off runbooks, IaC, dashboards, and documentation at no extra cost.
No deck. We map your stack and tell you the three things we would change first. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
